Employers need clarity, not a file dump
When you mention IU, FOM, Euro-FH or another university route, the employer needs to understand what is completed, what is ongoing and what is still pending. A clean CV line and a small set of relevant records is stronger than a confusing bundle.
Useful records for the first review
A current CV, previous certificates, transcripts, enrolment confirmation, course title and expected completion date are usually enough for an initial review. If a document is missing, say so plainly and explain the official next step.
Do not improvise missing documents
If a transcript or status confirmation is missing, the right move is to request it from the university or explain that it is pending.
